Description
Different soil probes and tips are needed for different soil sampling conditions, from dry, hard soils to wet, sticky clay soils. The stainless steel soil probe is light and versatile.
Slotted and solid soil probes are available. Slotted soil probes allow easy visual inspection of each soil core. Solid soil probes have greater resilience, thus better suited to hard or stony soils. Soil samplers choose slotted or solid soil probes based on personal preference and soil sampling conditions.
Length: 24 or 48 inch. Includes one (1) Quicktach collar. Screw-on soil probe tip not included.
