Many customers with the AGVISOR Gold program are now printing their own soil sample information sheets! You can save yourself a lot of writing by using the AGVISOR Gold program to print out a sample information sheet for any sample already in the system. Once you have printed out the sample information sheet, you will see that the grower name, field name, field description, acres, etc. are all printed on the sheet. All you to do is check what soil test option you want, fill in the sample depths and the crop choice, yield goal and fertilizer placement (band or broadcast). Simple instructions for printing sample information sheets with the AGVISOR Gold Program are listed below:

• Select the fields you want to print sample information sheets from the sample list, by putting a check mark in the box by the grower name.
• Select the down arrow next to the "Print" button.
• Select "Soil Information Sheets" (sheets will be printed for each check mark).
• If you want to print two copies of each sample information sheet, change the default in printer settings to 2 pages.

When you use these sample information sheets that you print with AGVISOR Gold, you will need to get pads of reference numbers from our office (25 samples per pad). These pads will have bar-coded stickers for the sample sheet and one for each of the sample bags. Please give us a call so we can send you the pads of reference numbers you will need.
